RJS were appointed by a local agent on behalf of their client to carry out a site clearance and light demolition work.
Before any work could be started a large amount of waste material had to be cleared from the site.
Before the general waste could be removed a large amount of hazardous waste was identified and disposed of at a licensed facility.
The non-hazardous waste was then collected together, bagged up and removed from site.
With the site free from obstructions work began to demolish some of the interior structures.
Finally the site was cleared and washed down ready for the client to bring in a professional cleaning company, prior to reoccupation.
From start to finish the job took three weeks.
